As a first-time homebuyer, the process seemed daunting, but Ben was informative and knowledgeable on the condition of a home and the state of the housing market in Denver. Moreover, he was extraordinarily patient as we saw a high number of houses. Also appreciated his technology tools and professionalism. Ben was well-versed in putting together a competitive offer. My second offer on a home was accepted which I found surprising. Despite my initial concern over the appraisal value, Ben was 100% correct in feeling confident that it would appreciate the offer based on his market research - which it did!
